Kettlebell Group Course starting July 22

We are pleased to announce that we are offering a 4-week kettlebell group course starting July 22. For those not familiar with what a kettlebell is, it looks like a cannonball with a handle on it. They come in different weights and we use it in movements involving the hips, legs, core, and arms to improve strength & power, cardiovascular & muscular endurance, and flexibility & mobility. Kettlebell training also has great carryover into martial arts and all sports. With the proper technique and form, you will get leaner, stronger, more conditioned, and more flexible! For your safety and the safety of other participants, beginners must attend a private or semi-private session prior to joining the group. This is a 1 hour long session that teaches the technique and form for the basic kettlebell movements including the Swing, Clean, Military Press, Turkish Get Up, Front Squat, and more! Upon completion of this session, the student may then enter the group kettlebell class.

The schedule for private/semi-private sessions is below:

Tuesday, July 8 7:00 p.m.

Thursday July 10 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, July 15 7:30 p.m.

Thursday July 17 7:00 p.m.

Introductory Session Prices:
Private session $35
Semi-private session (2 participants) $20 each

Group classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. starting Tuesday July 22. Classes run about 40-45 minutes and will include joint mobility exercises, kettlebells, body weight exercises and more! Class size is limited to five participants to allow a more intimate atmosphere with personalized attention.

Class Prices:
4 week session 2 times per week: $80
4 week session 1 time per week: $48
drop in rate: $15 (call or email for availability)

If you will be bringing your own kettlebell, your rates are below:
4 week session 2 times per week: $40
4 week session 1 time per week: $24
